The lower level has a spacious game room with a pool table and a place to sit and enjoy your favorite beverage. You will also find a cozy sofa and chairs to relax on while reading a favorite book. From the game room you will walk out to the second porch to enjoy the private and peaceful surroundings. Off the game room you will enter the second large master bedroom suite with a master bathroom and tub shower combo. The master bedroom suite also has its own door leading out to the second porch. Washer and dryer are conveniently located in the storage closet next to the master bathroom.
